You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The maximum delivery time is set out in our terms of sale.

Returns
Returns within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal). Email us at contact@getplayfizz.fr to start a return. The direct cost of sending the product back is paid by the customer (flat rate of €6). We refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after receiving your decision (this may be deferred until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent).
